EZ Duct Clean is operated by Inso Group LLC, serving Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland from Ashburn, VA. This policy applies to ezductclean.com and to the phone, text, and email communications we have with you about our services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your HVAC system, when you request a quote, book an appointment, or contact us through our website form, by phone, or by text.
- Information collected automatically — when you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at our site, using cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.
- Photos and video from your service — as described in our Terms of Service, we photograph and record duct interiors before and after cleaning for quality control and, unless you opt out, for marketing.
3. How we use your information
- To provide quotes, schedule appointments, and perform the services you request
- To contact you about your appointment, arrival times, and service follow-up by phone, text, and email
- To send marketing communications, only if you have separately opted in
- To process payment, including our card and cash-discount pricing described in our Terms of Service
- To respond to claims under our 7-Day Make It Right Guarantee
- To measure and improve our advertising, as described in Section 4
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our website uses Google Tag Manager to run the following tools:
- Google Analytics — to understand how visitors use our site.
- Google Ads — to measure the performance of our ad campaigns and, where enabled, to show you relevant ads on other sites. Google may use cookies or similar technology for this purpose.

5. Email and text messages
We use Brevo to send transactional emails related to your inquiry or appointment. If your service agreement was signed at your residence and includes a request for goods or services, we may also send appointment confirmations and service-related texts to the phone number you provide.
If you separately opt in to marketing emails or texts, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP to any text, or emailing info@ezductclean.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — our website host, form processor (WPForms), email platform (Brevo), and payment processor
- Google, for the analytics and advertising purposes described in Section 4
- Law enforcement or other parties, if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
- A successor entity, if EZ Duct Clean or Inso Group LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
7. How long we keep information
We keep customer and service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to warranty claims, meet our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes — generally no longer than 7 years from your last service with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. Your choices
- Marketing communications: unsubscribe at any time as described in Section 5.
- Photos and video: tell your technician or email us to opt out of any marketing use of your service photos, as described in our Terms of Service.
- Access or deletion: email info@ezductclean.com to request a copy of the information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, subject to our legal and business record-keeping needs described in Section 7.
9. Children’s privacy
Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version currently in effect. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
