Gaithersburg, from Olde Towne to Kentlands

Gaithersburg covers a wide span. The historic Olde Towne area has properties well over a century old. Kentlands and the developments around it are neo-traditional construction from the 1990s onward. In between there are decades of standard suburban building.

Each one asks for something different. In the oldest homes, the system was added long after construction and the duct routing had to work around existing structure.
